目的 比较音乐治疗与以音乐为背景的语言诱导的治疗效果 ,探讨以音乐为背景的语言诱导的治疗原理和机制。方法 随机抽取 3 1 0名学生为实验组 ,1 0 0名学生为对照组。采用单盲法 ,比较音乐治疗和以音乐为背景的语言诱导对情绪稳定度的影响 ,实验前后用问卷调查评价治疗结果。结果 音乐语言诱导治疗与单纯音乐治疗对情绪稳定度影响对照有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;音乐语言诱导治疗对情绪稳定度影响 ,前后对照有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;音乐语言诱导治疗对情绪稳定度有效率配对检验有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 以音乐为背景的语言诱导治疗能提高人情绪的稳定度 ,疗效好于单纯音乐治疗。
Objective To compare the curative effects induced by music therapy and music in the background of language and to explore the language-induced therapeutic principle and mechanism in the context of music. Methods Three hundred and ten students were randomly selected as experimental group and one hundred and ten students as control group. The single-blind method was used to compare the effects of music therapy and music-based language on emotional stability. Questionnaires were used to evaluate the treatment outcome before and after the experiment. Results The influence of music-induced therapy on emotional stability was significantly different from that of pure music therapy (P <0.05). The effect of music-induced therapy on emotional stability was statistically significant (P <0. 0 5). The effective pairing test of emotion-stability of music-induced therapy was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Speech-induced therapy based on music can improve the stability of human emotions, and the curative effect is better than pure music therapy.
