利率市场化是我国金融改革坚定不移的方向。中小城商行中间业务收入微薄,营业利润主要是由利差业务收入贡献的。利率市场化对于中小城商行的资产负债管理能力、风险控制能力、盈利能力等核心能力形成严峻挑战,对于中小城商行的冲击巨大。本文通过对中小城商行内部资金转移定价(Funding Transfer Pricing,FTP)的研究,提出了中小城商行应加快建立和持续完善FTP机制,并以此为契机夯实银行的数据处理能力基础,提升银行管理水平和经营业绩,应对即将到来的利率市场化的冲击。
The marketization of interest rates is the unwavering direction of China’s financial reform. Small and medium-sized city commercial intermediary business meager income, operating profit is mainly contributed by the spread of business income. The marketization of interest rates poses a severe challenge to the core capabilities of small and medium-sized city commercial banks such as assets and liabilities management capability, risk control capability and profitability, which have a tremendous impact on small and medium-sized city commercial banks. Based on the research of Funding Transfer Pricing (FTP) in small and medium-sized cities, this paper proposes that small and medium-sized city firms should speed up the establishment and continuous improvement of the FTP mechanism, and use this as an opportunity to consolidate the foundation of banks’ data processing capabilities and enhance the management of banks Level and operating performance, the impact of the upcoming market-oriented interest rates.
