自支架应用于人体以来,相当高(10%~50%)的支架内再狭窄(In-stent tenosis rate,ISR)率,一直是阻碍其发展的最主要因素。药物洗脱性支架的出现大大降低了ISR的发生率。本文就药物洗脱性支架的研究进展概述如下。
