目的通过桥本氏甲状腺炎患者与健康人甲状腺的声速值(SV)的对比,探讨声速匹配(SSC)技术在桥本氏甲状腺炎中的临床应用价值及其影响因素。方法在彩色多普勒及实验室甲状腺功能的基础上,应用声速匹配技术分别测量已确诊为桥本氏甲状腺炎的患者与正常人甲状腺声速匹配值(ZSI),进而得到SV(1 540±ZSI)m/s并进行对比分析;根据病理进程的不同,将桥本氏甲状腺炎分为甲亢、甲低、甲功正常3个亚组,分别测量3组患者的声速匹配值ZSI并进行分析。结果桥本氏甲状腺炎患者SV低于健康人对照组;桥本氏甲状腺炎3个亚组SV均低于健康对照组,SV由高到低依次为健康对照组、甲低、甲功正常、甲亢,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论声速匹配技术对诊断桥本氏甲状腺炎及其甲亢、甲低、甲功正常的分型有一定的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of sonic velocity matching (SSC) in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and its influencing factors by comparing the SV of healthy subjects with that of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods Based on color Doppler and laboratory thyroid function, the sound velocity matching technique was used to measure the thyroid sound velocity matching (ZSI) in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and SV (1 540 ± ZSI ) m / s were analyzed and compared. According to the different pathological process, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis was divided into three subgroups: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function. The sound velocity matching (ZSI) values of three groups were measured and analyzed. Results The SV of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis group was lower than that of healthy control group. The SV of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in three subgroups was lower than that of healthy control group, SV was the control group from high to low, Hyperthyroidism, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The speed-of-sound matching technique has some clinical value in diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and its type of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function.
