有线电视网络已经从当初的全同轴电缆系统发展到现在的光纤同轴电缆混合(HFC)网络。92年建网时,干线传输电缆选用QR—540,干放选用Lindsay980,由于受当初的条件制约,传输的距离有限,而且系统也不够稳定。94年将干线改用光纤传输后,无论从传输信号的质量,还是从可靠性、稳定性上都得到了大大的提高,干线引起的故障大大降低。然而小区停电引起的故障呈上升趋势,由于停电造成用户信号中断,使得用户很有意见,甚至还由此影响我中心的收费。因此,在我们看来,当务之急就是解决因停电引起的用户信号中断的问题。

Users’ interruptions caused by power outages make the users have great opinions and even affect the fees charged by our center. Therefore, in our opinion, the top priority is to solve the problem of interruption of user’s signal due to power outage.
