现代体育教学重视学生主体作用,重视认知规律,提倡自主学习和“终身体育”。本文对元认知的三个要素即元认知知识,元认知体验,认知过程的监控进行了剖析。认为元认知揭示了体育教学过程中学生自我意识,自我学练,自我监控的规律,教师把握了元认知规律可以通过对学生元认知水平的评估采取相应的教学策略,可以培养学生的认知能力,激发学生的动机,为科学合理的体育教学提供借鉴。
Modern physical education attaches importance to the main role of students, pay attention to the law of cognition, promote independent study and “lifelong education ”. This article analyzes the three elements of metacognition, metacognitive knowledge, metacognitive experience and cognitive process monitoring.
