灰黄霉素治疗白癣之最小有效剂量及疗程,国内、外意见尚不一致。为了更好地适应农村对该病的治疗,我们应用不同剂量及疗程观察了灰黄霉素对白癣的治疗效果,现将结果报告如下。患者共73例,其中男52例、女21例。年龄3～13岁。病程1年以内66例、1年以上7例。病灶范围较广泛,占头部2/5以上的计55例(按全头5个区域而分)。全部患者治疗前的实验检查包括Wood氏萤光灯、直接镜检、培养等皆为阳性,其培养菌株均为铁锈色小孢子菌。
Griseofulvin treatment of white ringworm the smallest effective dose and treatment, domestic and foreign opinion is not consistent.
