目的 :分析子宫肌注欣母沛联合宫腔填塞术在剖宫产产后出血中的止血效果。方法 :选取从2013年1月-2015年1月收治的剖宫产产后出血40例,随机分为对照组(20)与观察组(20),对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取子宫肌注欣母沛联合宫腔填塞术治疗,对比两组止血效果。结果 :观察组术后2h、24h出血量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产产后出血采取子宫肌注欣母沛联合宫腔填塞术治疗,止血效果显著。
Objective: To analyze the hemostatic effect of intramuscular injection of Xinmi Pei combined with intrauterine packing in the bleeding after cesarean section. Methods: 40 cases of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group (20) and observation group (20). The control group was given routine treatment and the observation group received intramuscular injection Xin Yan Pei combined intrauterine packing treatment, compared to two groups of hemostatic effect. Results: The bleeding volume in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group at 2h and 24h after operation (P <0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, the effective rate of the control group was 75.00%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage take intramuscular injection of Xin Maopei combined with intrauterine packing, hemostatic effect is significant.
