新一轮课程改革过程中,一批年轻语文教师脱颖而出,并自觉不自觉地形成了一个善于思考又锐意进取的群体。他们思想活跃,乐于学习,勤于思考,视野宽广,个人天赋较好,加之经过课程改革的洗礼,又有各地教育行政部门倾力培养(如天津的未来教育家工程、山东的齐鲁名师工程等),使之各自形成了较为鲜明的教学特色。帮助他们认真梳理教学思想,总结教学经验,提升教育境界,对推动语文教学改革,提高教师队伍的整体素质具有重要意义和理论实践价值。为此,本刊专设《对话新锐》栏目,并特别邀请中国教育科学研究院的张鹏举先生担纲主持,以“对话”的形式,总结提炼“新锐”们的教学经验,挖掘其在思想境界、视野胸怀、价值追求、人格修养、人文功底等方面的与众不同之处,以期得到专家的批评指正和同行的共勉同行。
