目的:观察石榴皮鞣质对阿霉素肾病大鼠的保护作用。方法:采用Wistar大鼠一次性尾静脉注射阿霉素(6.0mg.kg-1)建立肾病综合征(NS)模型。雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机平均分为6组:正常组、模型组、石榴皮鞣质高剂量组(SL-PH)、石榴皮鞣质中剂量组(SLPM)、石榴皮鞣质低剂量组(SLPL)和苯那普利阳性对照组(BNPL)。治疗组大鼠每天用石榴皮鞣质(60,40,20mg.kg-1)灌胃,阳性对照组给予苯那普利水溶液10mg.kg-1灌胃,28d后收集24h尿液以用来检测尿蛋白水平;眼眶静脉丛取血测定总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(SCR)和尿素氮(BUN)含量;处死大鼠,剥离右肾肾皮质,用于电镜观察形态学变化。结果:石榴皮鞣质对阿霉素肾病大鼠的尿蛋白、TP、ALB、TC和TG水平均有不同程度的改善。结论:石榴皮鞣质对阿霉素肾病大鼠有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of pomegranate tannin on adriamycin-induced nephropathy in rats. Methods: A rat model of nephrotic syndrome (NS) was established by injection of doxorubicin (6.0 mg.kg-1) into the tail vein of Wistar rats. Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, high dose of pomegranate tannin (SL-PH), medium dose of pomegranate tannin (SLPM) Group (SLPL) and benazepril positive control group (BNPL). The rats in the treatment group were given gavage daily with pomegranate tannin (60, 40, and 20 mg.kg-1). The positive control group was given benazepril aqueous solution 10 mg.kg-1 for gavage. Urinary protein levels were measured. Blood samples were taken from the orbital venous plexus for determination of total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), creatinine (SCR) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) Rats, stripped of the right kidney and renal cortex for electron microscopy morphological changes. Results: The levels of urinary protein, TP, ALB, TC and TG in pomegranate peel tannin were improved to some extent in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats. Conclusion: The tannin of pomegranate peel has protective effect on doxorubicin nephropathy rats.
