[目的]建立反相高效液相色谱法对杀草悬乳剂中杀草敏含量进行快速分析。[方法]使用配备了瑞典Kromasil 100-5-C18不锈钢色谱柱的日本岛津10-A VP Plus高效液相色谱仪,利用高效液相色谱法测定杀草悬乳剂中杀草敏的含量,选用体积比为40:60的甲醇-水溶液为流动相;流速控制在1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温(要求实验过程中温差变化小于2℃);检测波长286 nm;进样体积20μL。[结果]在1~100 mg/L的范围内杀草敏线性关系良好(线性相关系数0.999852),平均回收率为100.52%,RSD=0.298%。[结论]此方法可快速测定杀草悬乳剂中杀草敏的含量,具有快速、简便、准确、精密度好,方法新颖等优点。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) [Method] The Shimadzu 10-A VP Plus high performance liquid chromatograph equipped with a Kromasil 100-5-C18 stainless steel column was used to determine the content of herbicides in the herbicide suspensions by high performance liquid chromatography The volume ratio of methanol to water was 40:60. The flow rate was controlled at 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was at room temperature (the temperature difference was less than 2 ℃ during the experiment). The detection wavelength was 286 nm and the injection volume was 20 μL. [Result] The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1 ~ 100 mg / L (the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999852). The average recovery was 100.52% and the RSD was 0.298%. [Conclusion] This method could be used to determine the content of herbicides sensitive to insecticides in suspension. It has the advantages of fast, simple, accurate, good precision and novel method.
