过敏性鼻炎患者由于组织活性物质组胺和神经递质乙酰胆硷、乙酰甲胆硷等的刺激使鼻腔粘膜过敏性增高。过敏性鼻炎患者的鼻腔粘膜表层有很多嗜碱、嗜酸细胞。对常年性过敏性鼻炎患者的鼻腔粘膜表层的嗜碱、嗜酸细胞与组胺阈值之间有否关联进行了研究。方法:室尘常年性过敏性鼻炎患者20人(年龄11~46岁,平均23岁),症状轻重程度不等。正常人11人(12~43岁,平均28岁)。检查材料采集均在午前11时到午后2时30分之间进行。包括鼻腔分泌物和刮片中嗜碱细胞、嗜酸细胞的计数,不同浓度组胺激发鼻部症状的组胺阈值测定。
Patients with allergic rhinitis due to tissue histamine and histamine neurotransmitters acetylcholine, methacholine and other stimulation of nasal mucosal hypersensitivity. Allergic rhinitis in the nasal mucosal surface has a lot of basophilic, eosinophilic cells. The correlation between alkalophilic, eosinophilic and histamine thresholds in the nasal mucosal surface of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis was studied. Methods: There were 20 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis in room dust (aged 11-46 years, average 23 years old) with varying severity of symptoms. Normal 11 (12 to 43 years old, mean 28 years old). Check materials were collected at 11 am to 2:30 pm. Including nasal secretions and scraping tablets basophils, eosinophil counts, different concentrations of histamine stimulate nasal symptoms histamine threshold determination.
