近年来,新建和改建的铝厂,广泛地采用了预焙阳极电解槽,其优点是电耗低、生产稳定、污染少和易于大型化。预焙槽有边部加料式和中间下料式两种,而后一种又由于密闭性能好,供料半连续化、电流效率高和更易于大型化,已成为近代最先进的电解铝设备;特别是利用电子计算机对这种电解槽的电、热、磁场进行了准确的设计和对生产过程的自动控制,其技术经济指标获得了很先进的水平。本文拟就其新发展中的几个问题讨论如下:
In recent years, newly built and rebuilt aluminum plants widely use prebaked anode electrolyzers, which have the advantages of low power consumption, stable production, less pollution and easy enlargement. There are two types of prebake trough, such as edge feeding type and intermediate feeding type, and the latter type has become the most advanced electrolytic aluminum equipment in modern times due to its good sealing performance, semi-continuous feeding, high current efficiency and easy enlargement. In particular, the use of electronic computers on the electrolyzer of electricity, heat, magnetic field of the accurate design and automatic control of the production process, the technical and economic indicators have been very advanced level.
