目的:探讨裸花紫珠片治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的疗效和安全性。方法:90例患儿随机分为对照组、实验组A、实验组B,分别予口服抗生素+激素喷鼻2周、口服抗生素+激素喷鼻+裸花紫珠片2周、口服抗生素+激素喷鼻1周+裸花紫珠片2周,1周、2周后分别观察疗效。结果:三组在1周、2周后的有效率分别为50%、80%、76.7%和73.3%、96.7%、73.3%,实验组A显著高于另外两组(P<0.05)。结论:裸花紫珠片治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎有效、快捷、安全。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect and safety of Bupleurum vulgare on children with acute sinusitis. Methods: 90 children were randomly divided into control group, experimental group A and experimental group B, oral administration of antibiotics + hormones for 2 weeks, oral antibiotics + steroid nasal spray + Nasal spray 1 week + naked flower Plum 2 weeks, 1 week, 2 weeks were observed after treatment. Results: The effective rates of the three groups after one week and two weeks were 50%, 80%, 76.7% and 73.3%, 96.7% and 73.3% respectively. The experimental group A was significantly higher than the other two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of acute sinusitis in children with Bupleurum beads is effective, quick and safe.
