利用热重试验研究了表面沉积有ZnCl2和 ZnCl2+KCl盐膜的 20钢在450℃流动氧气中的腐蚀行为。20钢在单纯氧气中具有很低的氧化增重,涂盐条件下加速腐蚀,氧化层明显变厚,而ZnCl2+KCl比在单一ZnCl2盐膜下腐蚀更为严重,在氧化膜/合金界面均检测到金属氯化物,在基体局部区域还出现球状的含氯腐蚀产物,讨论了合金在盐膜下的加速腐蚀机理。
The corrosion behavior of 20 steel with ZnCl2 and ZnCl2 + KCl films deposited on the surface in flowing oxygen at 450 ℃ was studied by means of TG test. 20 steel has a very low oxidation weight gain in pure oxygen and accelerates corrosion under salt spray conditions, and the oxide layer is obviously thicker. However, the corrosion of ZnCl2 + KCl is more serious than that of the single ZnCl2 salt film, and it is detected at the oxide film / alloy interface In the local area of the matrix, spherical chloride-containing corrosion products were also observed. The mechanism of accelerated corrosion of the alloy under the salt film was also discussed.
