人才对企业发展的重要性怎样强调都不过分。尤其是在激烈竞争的市场环境下,人才关系到企业的生死存亡。中国民营企业普遍短寿,其中最重要原因在于企业招不进人才、留不住人才、育不出人才,导致企业人才匮乏。“新奥”是一家快速成长的企业,也是一家有着巨大发展潜力的企业,这与企业多年对人才的重视有着直接关系。无论是在人才引进还是人才培养上,新奥都有自己的独到之处。该文正是以此为基础,着重分析新奥是如何引进人才、培育人才的。
