对硼镁高能贫氧推进剂的能量特性进行了系统的理论分析研究,并探讨了高能组分对该类贫氧推进剂能量性能的影响。研究结果表明,在硼镁高能贫氧推进剂中减少镁粉含量(或增加硼粉含量),贫氧推进剂的比冲升高。在一定范围内,增加混气比有助于提高固体火箭冲压发动机的比冲。硼镁贫氧推进剂中采用CL-20等高能组分可以显著提高其能量。而采用叠氮类含能粘合剂取代惰性粘合剂时,对提高贫氧推进剂的能量不利。
The energy characteristics of boron-magnesium high-energy oxygen-poor propellant were studied theoretically and systematically, and the effects of high-energy components on the energy performance of the oxygen-poor propellant were discussed. The results show that the specific impulse of oxygen-poor propellants is increased by reducing the content of magnesium (or increasing the content of boron) in the boron-magnesium high-energy oxygen-poor propellant. In a certain range, increasing the air-fuel ratio can improve the specific impulse of the solid rocket ramjet. Boron-magnesium oxygen-poor propellant using CL-20 and other high-energy components can significantly improve its energy. The use of azide-containing binders to replace inert binders is detrimental to increasing the energy of the oxygen-poor propellant.
