苯酚—硫酸法被用来测定不同厂家的补中益气丸中多糖的含量。以葡萄糖为标准品,结果标准曲线A=33.78C+0.11。线性范围为10μg～80μg。补中益气九多糖换算因子f=1.7411;多糖含量4.75～6.60％(g/g),回收率平均值为99.40％,RSD为3.39％。
The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in Buzhong Yiqi Pill from different manufacturers. Using glucose as a standard, the resulting standard curve A = 33.78C + 0.11. The linear range is 10 μg to 80 μg. Buzhong Yiqiu polysaccharide conversion factor f = 1.7411; polysaccharide content of 4.75 ~ 6.60% (g / g), the average recovery rate of 99.40%, RSD 3.39%.
