目的分析重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rh EGF)对Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的促进作用。方法 70例Ⅱ度烧伤患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组35例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予rh EGF治疗,比较两组的创面愈合状况、疼痛情况以及不良反应。结果实验组患者创面愈合90%、100%时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者疼痛有效率为77.1%,显著优于对照组的28.6%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=16.57,P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为2.9%,明显低于对照组的34.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=11.43,P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ度烧伤患者进行rh EGF治疗,可使患者快速恢复,不良反应轻微,应用价值高,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rh EGF) on wound healing of second degree burn wounds. Methods Seventy patients with degree Ⅱ burn were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment. Patients in the experimental group were given rh EGF on the basis of the control group. Wound healing status, pain conditions and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the wound healing rate was 90% and 100%, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The pain rate in the experimental group was 77.1%, which was significantly better than that in the control group (28.6%). The difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 16.57, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.9%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (34.3%). The difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 11.43, P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of rh EGF with grade Ⅱ burn patients can make the patients recover rapidly with mild side effects and high application value, which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
