组织内部的和谐发展状况决定了组织成员的精神感受与苦乐体验,进而影响组织成员的工作热情与责任心,并最终决定着组织运作效率。我们以浙江省行政事业单位为研究案例,着重探讨组织内部不同职位工作人员的苦乐感受差异。期望我们的分析结论对改良我国行政事业单位全体职工的整体工作与生活品质有所启示,对推动我国和谐组织、和谐社会的建设有所增益。
The harmonious development within the organization determines the mental experience and bitter experience of the members of the organization, thereby affecting the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the members of the organization and ultimately determining the operational efficiency of the organization. We take the administrative units in Zhejiang Province as a case study, focusing on the differences in the feelings of bitterness and happiness among the staff in different positions within the organization. It is hoped that our conclusions will provide some enlightenment to the improvement of the overall work and quality of life of all the staff and workers of our administrative institutions, and will have some benefits in promoting the building of a harmonious organization and a harmonious society in our country.
