本文针对原有使用的大负荷抽油机已不适合现在的油井采油需求,大量大型抽油机被作为小型抽油机使用,给油田地面建设和设备投入造成浪费,使得采油成本居高不下。提出了对小型抽油机进行优化设计,节约成本的对策。 In this paper, the existing heavy duty oil pumping unit is not suitable for the current oil well production demand. A large number of large oil pumping units are used as small pumping units, resulting in wasteful construction and equipment investment in the oilfield, resulting in high oil recovery costs. The countermeasures to optimize the design of small pumping unit and save the cost are put forward.
