企业管理价值是企业通过管理活动来获得效益、满足人的需要和人所追求的价值。通过对企业管理内涵的阐述,介绍了企业管理价值观和企业管理价值理论发展的几个阶段。但是,当前的企业管理思想还很不健全,企业管理价值还存在很多问题,企业在管理上没有发挥出最大的作用,亟待解决。最后,提出几点创新与发展企业管理价值的建议,旨在在提高企业经济效益的同时,提高社会效益和生态效益,丰富现代管理理论的思想。企业是市场经济的主体,企业管理价值的内涵一般包
The value of the enterprise management is through the management activities of enterprises to obtain benefits to meet people’s needs and the pursuit of value. By elaborating the connotation of enterprise management, this paper introduces several stages of the development of enterprise management values and the theory of enterprise management value. However, the current thinking of enterprise management is still not perfect, and there are still many problems in the value of enterprise management. Enterprises have not played a major role in management and are in urgent need of solution. Finally, some suggestions on how to innovate and develop the value of enterprise management are put forward in order to improve social and ecological benefits while enriching the economic benefits of enterprises, and to enrich the thinking of modern management theory.
