位于四川东部的大足石刻是唐宋时代的摩崖造像,是在我国北方石窟艺术逐渐衰落的时代崛起于西南的具有显著特色的中晚期石窟艺术。其中一个重要特点是:在林林总总诸佛菩萨造像中羼杂着儒教造像与儒家经典刻石,国内罕见。 Dazu Rock Carvings located in the eastern part of Sichuan Province are the cliff statues in the Tang and Song Dynasties. They are distinctive features of middle and late stage grotto arts that rose in the southwest during the era of the decline of northern grotto art in China. One of the most important features is that there are rare statues of Confucian statues and Confucianism in statues of Buddhist monks and nuns.
