目的通过对医院门诊退费原因的分析,制定出加强退费管理的对策,实现医院有效的内控管理,完善医院财务管理制度。方法本文通过分析某一甲医院门诊退费现状及原因,查找出门诊退费管理中存在的问题。结果针对如何加强门诊退费管理提出建立各环节之间的信息沟通机制,规范退费操作的管理流程,加强岗位监督和约束等相应对策。结论加强门诊退费内控管理力度,能够有效提高医院的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective By analyzing the reasons for the outpatient outpatient service refunds, we formulate the countermeasures to strengthen the refund management, realize the effective internal control management and improve the hospital financial management system. Methods In this paper, by analyzing the status quo and reasons of the outpatient service fee refund in a certain hospital, we find the problems in the outpatient service refund management. The results of how to strengthen the management of outpatient refund proposed the establishment of communication between various sectors of the mechanism to regulate the return of the management process, and strengthen post supervision and restraint and other appropriate measures. Conclusion Strengthening internal control of outpatient reimbursement can effectively improve the hospital’s economic and social benefits.
