目的探讨不同落地姿势的致伤特点与损伤程度。方法对371例坠落伤进行分析,并用损伤严重度评分进行评估。结果头着地损伤最多(42.32%),其次是脚着地(21.81%)。落地姿势不同,其损伤部位和损伤程度各异。损伤严重度评分显示,头着地损伤最重(ISS16.73),躯干着地次之(ISS16.43)。结论了解上述损伤特点,对坠落伤的诊断及治疗有重要意义。损伤严重度评分运用存在某些不足。
Objective To investigate the injury characteristics and the degree of injury of different landing posture. Methods A total of 371 cadaveric injuries were analyzed and assessed by severity of injury. The result was that the head had the most damage (42.32%), followed by the foot (21.81%). Different landing posture, the injury site and the degree of injury vary. The severity of injury score showed that the head was the most damaged (ISS 16.73) and the trunk was inferior (ISS 16.43). Conclusion Understanding the above characteristics of injury is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of cadaver injury. There are some deficiencies in the use of the severity score.
