热门景区超载引发旅游安全事故是当前我国景区的突出现象和亟待解决的问题,且已经成为一种破坏性,安全隐患极大的旅游活动,为确保游客安全以及旅游资源环境安全,我国颁布《景区最大承载量核定导则》,其实施存在核定、执行、监督等障碍,经济利益障碍是核心的障碍。本文对现象和原因进行梳理分析,探讨其得不到有效实施的深层的、本质的原因。
