本文基于文化与经济的互动关系 ,认为启动市场、刺激内需应当将利益驱动与文化的诱导结合起来 ,在充分运用物质利益调节的同时 ,在文化心理上予以合理引导。在分析我国市场现状的基础上 ,提出目前我国市场上存在着“消费断层”与“心理断层”共同影响购买力的观点 ,并认为目前我国已进入到了“阶层消费”时代 ,因而需要在文化心理上为不同阶层的消费进行引导 ,最后从几个不同方面提出了以文化创新来为启动市场创造条件的设想。
Based on the interactive relationship between culture and economy, this article thinks that starting the market and stimulating domestic demand should combine the drive of interests and the induction of culture. While making full use of the adjustment of material interests, it should be guided rationally in the cultural psychology. Based on the analysis of the current market conditions in our country, this paper puts forward the view that the current “consumption fault” and “psychological fault” in our country have a common influence on the purchasing power. At the moment, our country has entered the era of “stratified consumption” and needs cultural psychology For different levels of consumer guidance, and finally proposed from several different aspects of cultural innovation to create the conditions for the idea of starting the market.
