在经济新常态背景下,互联网+成为引领各产业发展的重要引擎。我国的旅游酒店业作为经济社会发展的重要支柱性产业,其产品和服务在传统运营模式下难以增强客人的住店体验,其产品和服务升级困难。因此,必须要充分借助于互联网+背景下的发展机遇,及时进行旅游酒店的产品和服务的升级,使其能够在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势地位。
In the context of the new normal economy, the Internet + has become an important engine that leads the development of various industries. As an important pillar industry in economic and social development, the tourism hotel industry in our country is hard to enhance customers’ staying experience in the traditional operation mode, and its products and services are difficult to upgrade. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of the opportunities of development under the background of Internet + in order to upgrade the products and services of tourist hotels in a timely manner so that they can maintain their advantages in the fierce market competition.
