美术类高校教师工作倦怠状况及其与压力、职业认同的关系研究

本研究采用问卷调查法,对413名浙江省高等艺术院校美术教师的工作倦怠状况进行了调查,分析了压力、职业认同对工作倦怠的影响。结果发现:目前美术类高校教师工作倦怠总体并不严重,压力中等以下;美术类高校教师压力与工作倦怠呈正相关,压力是工作倦怠产生的重要原因之一;职业认同感与工作倦怠之间呈显著负相关,美术类高校教师职业认同感越高,工作倦怠程度越低;职业认同(情感认同、持续认同)在压力与工作倦怠的关系中起到部分中介作用。 In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the job burnout status of art teachers in 413 art colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. The effects of stress and job identity on job burnout were analyzed. The result shows that the current job burnout of fine arts college teachers is generally not serious, the pressure is below the average; art college teachers’ pressure is positively related to job burnout, and pressure is one of the important causes of job burnout. The difference between job identity and job burnout The negative correlation between job satisfaction and job burnout was significant and the negative correlation between job satisfaction and job burnout was found. Vocational identity (emotional identity, continuous identity) played a partial mediating role in the relationship between stress and job burnout.
