直驱式电液伺服系统具有调速范围宽、抗污染能力强、可靠性高、易于实现计算机远程控制等优点,适用于频响低,低速性能要求不太高的伺服控制场合。分析了直驱式电液伺服压力控制系统的工作原理,建立了此类控制系统的数学模型,并按照实际工作参数,分别对系统的稳定性、响应特性和稳态精度进行仿真试验。结果表明,系统具有良好的稳定性、快速响应,且具有较高的稳态精度,其缺点是频率响应不高。
Direct-drive electro-hydraulic servo system with a wide range of speed control, anti-pollution ability, high reliability, easy to implement computer remote control and other advantages for low frequency response, low-speed performance requirements are not high servo control occasions. The working principle of the direct drive electro-hydraulic servo pressure control system is analyzed. The mathematical model of such a control system is established. According to the actual working parameters, the stability, response characteristics and steady-state accuracy of the system are simulated respectively. The results show that the system has good stability, rapid response, and has a high steady-state accuracy, the disadvantage is the frequency response is not high.
