木香为常用中药,别名广木香、云木香。始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品。本品味辛、苦,温。具有行气止痛、健脾消食之功效,主治胸胁、脘腹胀痛、泻痢后重、食积不消、不思饮食等。来源、采收及性状《中国药典》2010版收载其来源为菊科植物木香的干燥根。古之药用优质木香皆经广州进口,称广木香;后成功引种于我国云南地区,且可满足药用,称为云木香。现我国已大量生产云木香,其质量可与进口木香媲美。 Woody common Chinese medicine, alias wide wood, cloud wood incense.
