自从1987年在武汉东湖诞生了第一家孵化器以来,经过近20年的发展,在各级科技部门、各地科技企业孵化器的艰苦奋斗和努力进取下,全国孵化器的发展呈现喜人态势。截至2003年底,仅北京地区创建的孵化器就近70家,目前比较具有代表性,有一定的品牌影响力的孵化器机构是31家经过北京市科委认定的北京高新技术产业孵化基地,而且这个数量还在不断增加。企业孵化器的数量是否已经足够?运营质量是否让人满意?……有关企业孵化器的运营模式、发展方向等问题的探讨还在不断的进行之中。
