由布洛克兰沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒,目前国内尚未见报告。本文对1991年5月1日石河子某单位因食用卤鸡而引起59人食物中毒,经流行病学调查和实验室检验证实,系由布洛克兰沙门氏菌污染所致。现报告如下:
