目的探讨染色体异常与流产、死胎、不孕不育、畸胎以及智力低下的关系。方法按常规技术方法制备外周血染色体,并对染色体核型进行分析。结果 237例病例中31例染色体核型异常,异常检出率为13.08%。其中,数目异常者8例;结构异常者16例;形态异常者7例,分别为遗传咨询者的3.38%、6.75%和2.95%。结论对不孕不育、自然流产、畸胎和智力低下患者进行染色体核型分析具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility, teratospermia and mental retardation. Methods Peripheral blood chromosomes were prepared by routine techniques and their karyotypes were analyzed. Results The chromosomal abnormalities in 31 cases were abnormal in 237 cases, the detection rate was 13.08%. Among them, the number of abnormalities in 8 cases; structural abnormalities in 16 cases; morphological abnormalities in 7 cases, respectively, genetic counseling 3.38%, 6.75% and 2.95%. Conclusions It is of great significance to carry out karyotype analysis on infertility, spontaneous abortion, teratospermia and mental retardation.
