泥浆脉冲发生器是随钻测井与测量系统的重要组成部件,长期以来采用电磁阀驱动的阀头控制泥浆流量实现井底信号的上传,在应用中受泥浆条件、井深影响较大,不适于深井及超深井作业。无刷直流电机具有高转速、高动态效应、高扭矩等特性,广泛应用于航空和工业自动化等领域的装置和仪表。本文结合无刷直流电机特性,设计了一种基于有霍尔传感器的无刷直流电机驱动器,通过电机驱动旋转阀式转子闭合,形成转子与定子的相对泥浆通道从而实现井底信号上传,并通过现场试验验证了该类泥浆脉冲发生器的可行性及推广应用价值。

In this paper, based on the characteristics of brushless DC motor, a brushless DC motor driver based on a Hall sensor is designed. The motor is driven to close the rotary valve rotor to form the relative mud passage between the rotor and the stator so as to realize the downhole signal upload and pass The field test verified the feasibility and popularization and application value of this type of mud pulse generator.
