ZG1Cr17Mn12Ni2N铬锰氮不锈钢是一种高铬、高锰、高氮、低镍型奥氏体不锈钢,金相组织为单一奥氏体,是耐腐蚀不锈钢,其力学性能很高。因其独特的物理特性,在发电行业中有着很特殊的用途。本研究通过对生产的整个过程进行分析、控制,采用AC+LF+VOD熔炼,获得了高强度、低导电、低导磁、X射线检测合格的铸件材料。
ZG1Cr17Mn12Ni2N chrome manganese nitrogen stainless steel is a high chromium, high manganese, high nitrogen, low nickel austenitic stainless steel, a single austenitic microstructure is corrosion-resistant stainless steel, high mechanical properties. Because of its unique physical properties, it has a very special use in the power generation industry. In this study, castings with high strength, low conductivity, low permeability and X-ray detection were obtained by analyzing and controlling the whole process of production and melting with AC + LF + VOD.
