水土流失问题是我国重大的环境问题之一。水土流失会极大地破坏农业生产条件,使得水资源污染、洪涝和干旱灾害加剧、恶化生态环境。不仅是群众脱贫致富的重要障碍,也严重制约国家经济社会可持续发展。本文介绍了我国水土流失的现状,分析了水土流失产生的原因和危害,并提出一系列水土流失的治理措施。 Soil and water loss is one of the major environmental problems in our country. Soil and water loss will greatly undermine the conditions of agricultural production, making water pollution, floods and drought disasters aggravated, deteriorating the ecological environment. It is not only an important obstacle to the masses in getting rid of poverty but also a serious constraint to the sustainable development of the country’s economy and society. This paper introduces the status quo of soil and water loss in China, analyzes the causes and harms of soil erosion, and proposes a series of measures to control soil and water loss.
