报道了一种新型高效率、低阈值激光晶体Nb∶S-FAP的激光特性,利用染料激光和LD作为泵浦源,分别研究了Nd∶S-FAP晶体激光器的脉冲和连续输出的激光特性,染料激光泵浦Nb∶S-FAP激光器的泵浦阈值为2.5mJ,斜效率为49%;LD泵浦Nd∶FAP激光器的泵浦值为9mW,斜效率为37.3%;LD泵浦Nd∶S-FAP/KTP腔内倍频激光器的泵浦阈值为12.1mW,光-光转换效率为9.5%。
The laser characteristics of a novel high efficiency and low threshold laser crystal Nb: S-FAP were reported. The laser characteristics of pulsed and continuous Nd: S-FAP laser were studied by using dye laser and LD as pumping source. The pumping threshold of the dye-laser-pumped Nb: S-FAP laser is 2.5 mJ and the ramp efficiency is 49%. The LD pump-pumped Nd: FAP laser has a pump value of 9 mW and a ramp efficiency of 37.3% The pump threshold of the Nd: S-FAP / KTP intracavity frequency doubling laser is 12.1 mW and the light-to-light conversion efficiency is 9.5%.
