随着我国排放法规进入第5阶段,对汽油车的排放要求不断提高,汽油发动机的排放标定方法也需要进行优化分析。针对某汽车企业的国五I型排放试验,使用Matlab软件中的MBC(Model-Based Calibration)工具箱,对试验方案进行优化设计,采集排放数据建立排放统计学模型,并对排放标定参数进行优化分析。依据优化后的标定参数进行排放试验验证,结果表明:排放满足国五I型排放的法规要求,比优化前HC排放量减少29.3%。
As China’s emission regulations into the fifth stage, the emission of gasoline cars continue to increase emissions requirements of gasoline engine calibration methods also need to be optimized. Aiming at a type I emission test of an automobile company in China, the model was optimized by using MBC (Model-Based Calibration) toolbox in Matlab software, the emission data was collected to establish the emission statistical model and the emission calibration parameters were optimized analysis. Based on the optimized calibration parameters, the emission test is carried out. The results show that the emission meets the requirements of the national standard I type emission, and the emission of HC before the optimization is reduced by 29.3%.
