叶机是清代定海县的著名人物,一生颇有作为,官至江苏海州直隶州知州。但新旧方志对其生平的记载多有疏漏、讹误之处。本年谱对叶机的生平事迹进行了系统的考订,如实记述了其缉拿海盗及担任地方官员的经历,从中亦可管窥清代下层官员的真实人生与地方政治的实际运作。 Leaf machine is a famous Qinghai Dinghai County, quite a lifetime, the official state of Jiangsu Zhizhou Chihli state. However, the records of the old and the new chronicles their lives are often omissions, corruption. This year’s spectrum made a systematic examination of the life history of the leaf machines, truthfully described its experiences of apprehending pirates and serving as local officials, and also gave a glimpse of the real life of local officials in the Qing Dynasty and the actual operation of local politics.
