建设项目越来越复杂,有更多的资金需求,因此进行成本管理是必要的。传统的建筑工程项目成本管理,但是,存在着大量的问题,使成本管理相对合理。BIM技术在施工项目成本管理的各个方面的应用,从而实现项目成本控制的有效性,包括完整的成本信息管理范围的投资决策、项目管理、施工管理、项目管理。BIM技术在建筑施工企业中的应用,工程造价管理更全面,提高企业经济效益,增强竞争力,这将为其可持续发展提供不竭动力。
Construction projects are more complex and have more funding needs, so cost management is necessary.
