鉴于钒化合物能干扰含硫氨基酸的代谢,故可使工人的指甲胱氨酸含量降低。为此,国外有人提出指甲胱氨酸的含量测定,可以作为职业性钒中毒的早期诊断指标之一。本文参考了有关文献,对指甲中胱氨酸含量的测定,提出了较简便实用的测定方法。 一、测定原理 指甲经水解后所得之胱氨酸被氰化钠还原后,与1.2—萘醌—4—磺酸钠反应生成红色的对醌缩合物,根据颜色的深浅进行比色定量。
