财务预算管理是财务管理的重要内容,科学的财务预算对于公立医院的稳步发展具有积极的作用。公立医院应增强财务预算管理的认识,进一步做好财务预算管理,从而保障医院资金的正常运行和经济活动的顺利开展。本文主要是对公立医院财务预算管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,并探讨如何做好公立医院的财务预算管理。
Financial budget management is an important part of financial management. The scientific financial budget has a positive effect on the steady development of public hospitals. Public hospitals should enhance their understanding of financial budget management and further improve financial budget management to ensure the smooth operation of hospital funds and economic activities. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the public hospital’s financial budget management and discusses how to do well the public hospital’s financial budget management.
