提出了一种基于图像处理技术实现对定装式炮弹进行自动合膛检测的方法。采用CCD获取结合后炮弹的图像,利用图像处理技术对原始图像进行处理,锐化再滤波,提高图像的清晰度,降低噪声,优化图像效果。通过边缘检测得到炮弹的轮廓图像,再采用行扫描的方法得到炮弹不同位置的中心点坐标,最后判断不同位置的中心点是否在同一直线上,从而得出炮弹结合是否正确的结论。实验结果表明,该方法具有非接触、在线实时、速度快、精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,能实现定装式炮弹合膛的自动检测。
A method based on image processing technology is proposed to detect the self-breech of fixed-type shells. Using CCD to acquire the image of the combined projectile, the image processing technology is used to process the original image, sharpen and then filter to improve the sharpness of the image, reduce the noise and optimize the image effect. Through the edge detection, the contour image of the projectile can be obtained, and then the coordinates of the center point of the projectile at different positions can be obtained by the line scanning method. Finally, it is concluded whether the center points of the different positions are on the same line or not. The experimental results show that this method has the advantages of non-contact, online real-time, fast speed, high precision and strong anti-interference ability, which can realize the automatic detection of the fixed bore shell.
