内折香茶菜乙素是从内折香茶菜 Rabdosia inf lexus(Thumb) Kundo叶中分离得出的一种新的二萜化合物 ,实验证明 ,在体外对艾氏腹水癌细胞有很强的细胞毒作用 ,对 L ewis肺癌 ,小鼠肉瘤 S1 80 实体型及腹水型、小鼠肝癌 HCA实体型及腹水型等均有明显的抗肿瘤作用 ,对以小鼠溶血素形成为指标的体液免疫有轻度抑制作用 ,而对由 DNCB诱导的小鼠迟发性超敏反应为指标的体内细胞免疫无明显影响 Intrinsine is a new diterpene compound isolated from the leaves of Rabdosia inf lexus (Thumb.)
