目的建立同时测定舒胸速释微丸中羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸、三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg14种化学成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈(A)和质量分数为0.05%的磷酸水溶液(B)作流动相,梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:203 nm。结果羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸、三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1的线性范围分别为1.88~37.50 mg.L-1(r=0.999 7),0.91~18.20 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5),2.25~45.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5)和15.10~302.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为97.3%、97.8%、98.7%和98.5%,RSD为1.8%、1.5%、1.4%和1.8%。结论HPLC法可为舒胸速释微丸提供含量测定的方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the chemical constituents of hydroxysafflor yellow A, ferulic acid, notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg14 in Shuxi immediate-release pellets. Methods A Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) and mass fraction of 0.05% phosphoric acid (B) as mobile phase. The column temperature was 30°C and the flow rate was 1.0 mL. .min-1; Detection wavelength: 203 nm. Results The linear ranges of hydroxysafflor yellow A, ferulic acid, notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 were 1.88-37.50 mg.L-1 (r=0.999 7) and 0.91-18.20 mg.L-1, respectively. =0.999 5), 2.25-45.00 mg.L-1 (r=0.999 5) and 15.10-302.00 mg.L-1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery (n=9) was 97.3%. 97.8%, 98.7% and 98.5%, RSD 1.8%, 1.5%, 1.4% and 1.8%. Conclusion HPLC method can be used to provide content determination method for Shuxiong immediate-release pellets.
