Training is an indispensable task for enterprises to improve the quality of their employees. It is also an effective measure for enterprises to improve their production efficiency and market competitiveness and seek the best development. As part of the corporate culture, attention should be given to the impact on training culture of poor learning habits and group practices in the membership.
