农民参与新民居建设的意愿是新民居建设能否有效推进的关键。基于河北省沙河市13个村庄农村居民的调查数据,运用logistic模型对农民参与新民居建设意愿及其影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,年龄、文化程度、对政策的认知度、5年内是否有建房计划、住房建成年限、住房类型对农民参与新民居建设的意愿具有影响,其中年龄、住房类型对农民参与新民居建设的意愿具有显著影响。为促进更多农民积极参与河北省新民居建设工程,提出了针对不同个体及家庭特征与偏好制定政策与计划;加大农村教育投入,提高农村居民文化素质及其认知能力;采取多样化的沟通形式,提高农村居民对新民居建设政策的认知度;设计符合农民居住需求的多样化新民居建设方案等具体措施。
The willingness of peasants to participate in the construction of new residential areas is the key to the effective promotion of new residential construction. Based on the survey data of 13 rural residents in Shahe City, Hebei Province, the author uses the logistic model to analyze the farmers’ willingness to participate in the construction of new residential areas and their influencing factors. The results showed that age, educational level, awareness of the policy, whether there is a housing construction plan within 5 years, the number of years of housing construction, and the type of housing have an impact on farmers’ willingness to participate in the construction of new residential areas.
