作者自1966年1月至1971年9月见到糖尿病合并肝硬变病例22例,这22例患者空腹血糖均在140毫克％以上。活检或尸解均证实有肝硬变。平均年龄50岁,以40～49岁最多。内14例死亡。死亡平均年龄为54岁。糖尿病先发生者9例;肝硬变先发生者8例;初诊时即发现已同时有两种疾患者5例。患糖尿病时间不到1年者2例;1年以上不满5年者8例; Authors from January 1966 to September 1971 saw 22 cases of diabetic patients with cirrhosis, the 22 patients with fasting blood glucose were above 140 mg%.
