目的 探讨以黄芪、补骨脂、云芝等组成的中药组方在稳定肺癌病灶、减少转移和提高生存质量等方面的意义及其分子机制。方法 复制小鼠lewis肺癌模型,检测中药组方、替加氟和生理盐水对各组肿瘤细胞PCNA表达的影响,并记数小鼠肺组织内肿瘤转移结节数量等数据,比较组间差异。结果 PNCA阳性表达率在生理盐水组显著高于替加氟组和消积饮组(P<0.01),而后两者则差异无显著性(P>0.05);中药组和替加氟组转移瘤结节数量少于生理盐水组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);中药组结节数量多于替加氟组,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 该中药组方能有效降低小鼠lewis肺癌细胞PCNA的表达,抑制肿瘤细胞肺内转移灶的形成,表现为临床抑癌、抗癌的效果。
Objective To explore the significance and molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine composition composed of Radix Astragali, Psoralea, and Yunzhi in stabilizing lung cancer lesions, reducing metastasis, and improving the quality of life. Methods The mouse Lewis lung cancer model was duplicated, and the effects of Chinese medicine prescription, Tegafur and normal saline on the expression of PCNA in tumor cells were detected. The number of tumor metastatic nodules in the lung tissue of mice was counted, and the differences between groups were compared. Results The positive expression rate of PNCA was significantly higher in the saline group than in the Tegafur group and Xiaojiyin group (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the latter two groups (P>0.05). The metastasis of the Chinese medicine group and Tegafur group was significant. The number of nodules was less than that of saline group (P<0.01). The number of nodules in TCM group was more than Tegafur group, and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine group can effectively reduce the expression of PCNA in mouse lung cancer cells and inhibit the formation of metastatic foci of tumor cells in the lung. It shows clinical anti-cancer and anti-cancer effects.
